If you absolutely must know.

If you have a portable dish, a subscription to an internet provider (normally through the dish provider) a laptop, EKG's software and the PEN, then yes it can be done. I have personally setup such networks in the past. Not with EKG material of course; just a normal 3 point network over the Internet. You can buy as much bandwidth as you require and run any software you like.

There is strickly only one limit. As weird as this may sound, retail Satelite coverage is not entirely global. Area's in the north pole for example are not covered. The portable satelite providers can tell you exactly what they cover in terms of geography.

But I have to say this. Who/what/why in the world would anyone with a heart condition wish to be so remote as to requiring this in the first place?

What are you really trying to get?
