RE:RE:Automatic Plan?

RE:RE:Automatic Plan?I'm trying to understand why he is selling at all at this point if he thinks the share price will increase. If he thinks the price will increase why not just wait until financials are out and start selling off then? He's selling the shares through his corporation so the TFSA isn't a consideration.  If insiders are tightly limited to when they can sell and he wants to dispose of 15,000,000 shares he needs to do it over a longer period.  To avoid being stuck in black out times he sets up an automatic plan, which sounds like it would allow him to sell even during normal black out times and/or limited trading windows.  A number of his shares were purchased/compensated in the 0.03 to 0.05 range so maybe he figures he gives up a few hundred thousand at the same amount he purchased them for in exchange for more trading flexibility.
