ELE  is doing quite well without being taken over... could be measures put in place to stop it.

NO  YOUR SO WRONG ON THIS ITS SAD. P. Pills are a farce They are just going to buy us out by raising the price per share, and when 50 plus percent say lets be a part of GROY, the show is over.  Why are we thinking otherwise, Are we a bunch of mentally compromised share holders?  The deal will be done in th N.Y so get over it and who cares anyway really you will all make more ...more

Poison pills are a fact not a farce. The one we now have is very effective. To be taken over in a hostile manner at this point will require us voting to remove the shareholder rights plan. They need to up their offer to get my interest.
