with a future of electrification boom an investments in this stock can't be wrong. Just don't touch it for a 3-4yrs.

If the deal falls through I might look at them again. Having said that, I worry about management's judgment after this fiasco. They could very well try something like this again.

Good post however remember if they are unable to raise the money the deal is off and they lose the deposit ($250.000) so they will more or less have to take thw time to grow as you said.JMHO.
