......This Damm Rain isn't working so well, even getting spam from other companies on the board.  Come on Fellas, what gives? Couple of Take Aways I saw from the News Release this Morning, when compared to the NR on Feb 5th and Feb 9th seem to be the telling features to me (IMO).  The Feb 5th release said that Giyani had signed an NDA with a "Large Global Commercial Lending Bank Institution" which was doing due diligence and accessing the company data room.  The Feb 9th NR detailed some of the results from drilling and that they would also bring in RotsDrill to assist in the completion of the drilling.  Now 2 weeks later we hear  that Rotsdrill has arrived and is starting.  Pretty much the same info, a little advanced......But this time there is a difference....A BIG DIFFERENCE!!   "Pursuant to seeking qualification as an authorised Supply Chain Supplier (think CATL, LG , SK Innovation etc) ...this time the verbage is Signed an NDA with "A LARGE GLOGAL EV MANUFACTURER Who is Completing Due Diligence"!!!!!!!   Those are Completely Different things!  Before we were looking to sell to the Battery manufacturers....NOW it's an EV MANUFACTURER!  I only know of one EV Manufaturer thus far that is buying mines.....Any one else??????

And we flop with great forward looking news? Wtf  bsck in the day stocks would skyrocket with news like that , the anticipation as to who that ev manufacturer would b, would b enough to send it into the next price range, meaning dollars

Lately it seems that the surge upwards come before the news. I swear...every stock...it climbs nicely and steadily and then quality news is released and.....thhhhpppttt... Almost as if someone out there knows something before the rest of us...

Yup, I agree with you both.  Seems there were very few willing to sell today, further evidence of a tightly held float.  Rumour floats VW as the major EV producer....but I guess we need something concrete.  I have noticd with the latest Feb news releases that there is a "hurry up" sense to the projects involved.  Truly a "Time is of the Essence" feel to it..

I think you are on to something here. And I love the fact that we are all getting on edge because we dropped to .74 cents. SEVENTY FOUR CENTS! LOL!  Whatever is brewing, I think it is going to happen fast! Not necessarily in a week or two but if and when they announce the name of the EV producer...!!! It's going to be life changing.  PLEASE be a buyout!!! PLEASE don't make me

Wow, yesterday was a big red day across all the markets. There is a real urgency to complete the drilling - that's to get Giyani into the billion $ range. The NDA with EV manufacturer makes sense - not for a buyout purposes.  European EV manufacturers have to ensure their full supply chain meets green standards - even tier 2 suppliers.  And Giyani management is doing due dilence to

Well said Ray. I agree with everything you said.  The markets got universally beaten up yesterday.  That didn't happen with us, only $45,000 changed hands in our trade's yesterday. This stock is so tightly held that if one or two people decide they need some cash they can move the market pretty quickly. And BossLady I agree that it does feel that there is a sense of urgency all
