Still don't get how we r in the front running with premium quality and we're taking a back seat, share price wise . Baffles me

It's unknown. It's in Africa, There's no volume at all in the US. It's not listed on a major exchange....It's just off the radar screen for now.  Once construction starts or some deals are announced this will all change for the better..much much better. Just requires a ton of patience

I don't know anymore than the next investor who takes the time to call management from time to time. Just have to let the process work it ways thru, Robert is very deliberate with his tactics and will get this done though many seem to be anxious with the sp correction. IMO there are no concerns that the company has fallen off the rails thus the reason I continue to hold with a longer time line

Not really. It's largely unknown and most stocks have been drifting lower since the SPAC mania died.  It's simply a lack of interest until the next catalyst.  This requires a lot of patience but that patience will pay off.  Keep a 3 year time horizon instead of day to day and you'll be rewarded
