To answer your question on why the SP is way down.......could be for many reasons and who really cares? What difference does it make? I am a long term investor. Solid fundamentals (and improving each month) will take this stock to higher levels. Please continue to short the stock, I would like to buy more shares in the near future at a lower price. Just let me know when you take your short position.
