Why be so negative on the common when you can just be long the WMD.DB and make money if your dilution prediction is correct or not?
The negativity on the common is nonsensical. If you don't think the equity is a good investment, look at the debentures, if you don't think those are a good investment, then move on,
I guess if you are short the equity, carry on but even if that's true, why not be long Wmd.db against it. It allows you to win twice on the same trade while simultaneously hedging yourself in case you are wrong.
Anyway, I'm an idiot so don't listen to me. This is still not investment advice.
