Market makers and short sellers try to scare traders in selling their stocks at a loss so they can increase in profit .
By posting this link it provides jurisdiction in which they can't deny defamation(bad mouthing) of a company is illegal.

what a sad day for freedom of speech, now if you post a message saying that some poster or some company is a pump and dump then you can get sued, half the stuff people post isn't true and nobody i know makes investment decisions based on the accuracy of the posts on here or any other messaging board, and there is no one here claiming to be an expert
