Jennifer Thompson leaves

Jennifer Thompson leavesSad to see her go.

Dear Investor,

I am writing to let you know that I have made the difficult decision to resign from my position as Vice President, Corporate Development at EnWave. Hired by the Board in February 2006 to help get the company up and running, we have now progressed from one part-time contractor to 25 employees, with four locations around Vancouver, six Radiant Energy Vacuum dehydration technologies - two of which are commercial - and over $120M in market capitalization. We have collaborations with multinational companies like Nestlé, Kellogg’s, Danisco, and Grupo Bimbo, and interest pouring in from all over the globe in our high-speed drying methods for food, bulk liquids and pharmaceuticals. What an amazing journey from two lab-scale prototypes at the University of British Columbia and a
.16 stock price!

On behalf of EnWave's Board, management team and stakeholders, we want to thank Jennifer for her outstanding contribution during the past six years and wish her all the best in her future endeavours.

John McNicol & Dr. Tim Durance
EnWave Co-CEO's

I feel confident that we now have the team of specialists in place who can take this company to the next stage, and execute the mission to displace the three main forms of dehydration technology on the market today: freeze drying, spray drying and air drying. EnWave is the most exciting, dynamic company that I have ever had the pleasure to work for and, along with many of my friends and family, I will continue to remain a steadfast shareholder. I would like to thank my colleagues on the management team who have worked so diligently to build this company, along with the extraordinarily talented scientists and engineers upon whose shoulders the success of this company ultimately rests.

I would also like to thank our increasing “support team” of investors, brokers, analysts, fund managers and bankers across Canada, Europe and the U.S., many of whom have shown a longstanding belief in this technology and our management team. I will continue to work with the company over the coming weeks to ensure a smooth transition. Effective immediately, my replacement contacts at EnWave are as follows:

Investor Relations: Hogan Mullally, SectorSpeak (Bridge Relations), hogan@bridge-relations.com and John McNicol, Co-CEO, john.mcnicol@enwave.net.

Sales & Marketing: Bino Anand, Exec VP Sales, banand@enwave.net.

Other corporate enquiries: Salvador Miranda, CFO, smiranda@enwave.net.

I trust that our paths will cross again and, until then, I wish you a relaxing summer and continued success in the markets.

Kind regards,
Jennifer Thompson
