09:54 AM EDT, 06/07/2021 (MT Newswires) -- EnWave Corporation (ENW.V) has appointed Brad Lahrman as the new Chief Executive Officer of NutraDried Food Company, LLC, EnWave's operating subsidiary.

Lahrman brings 15 years of leadership experience in mid-market consumer products companies, including most recently with Schouten US, a major plant-based protein company, Lightlife Foods, a plant-based protein company that was acquired by Maple Leaf Foods (MFI.TO) in 2017, and earlier with Campbell Soup Company.

EnWave has granted Lahrman an aggregate of 800,000 incentive stock options that are exercisable for a term of five years.

WOW  1.05 What a disappointment . I feel for the ones that held on . You would think TOP BRASS at ENW ( Brent and the boys ) would step in and do something .  But like I have said in the pass , maybe they are behind this down fall all along .  They giving out Shares like Jelly Beans to  the kids in a time that they are doing a buy back . Totaly a disgraceful . Giving shares ...more

I don't think you can really call this a buyback ! "Repurchased and cancelled 40,000 common shares under the normal course issuer bid for a total cost of $53 at a volume weighted average price of $1.32 per common share." Maybe it was smart of them not to commit more money yet to a buy back - given the now $1.06 price.
