spock, as intelligent as your evaluation may sound, you are still off base there. Why do you think people are giving 100s of millions in market cap valuation to CGX Energy ($450 million) and others who only have NI 51-101 resource best estimates at this time? None of them has found oil as yet but yet their valuation are in the 100s of millions, BTW drilling a well on Sharon block will be cheaper than any of the others due to shallow depth, you really need to read this then come back and comment:
