1. Chariot well to be spud within first 2 weeks of April (55 to 60 days to drill and reach total depth)
2. GUY NI 51-101 Prospective Resources best estimate of recoverable oil should be out within next 4 weeks
3. Chariot well result expected by end of May to early June
4. News possible from EOG on financing or strategic partner or farm-ins, etc.
5. EOG 3D seismic work to be completed and paid 40% by Azimuth
6. Drilling by Tower, BP & Petrobras, HRT to be announced and Spud in 2012
7. Take out of EOG possible by year end if potential acquirers like what they see so far in 2012. Take out price should be larger than UNX Energy's $730 million given the large Prospective resources of EOG in Walvis Basin (Considered the mirror image to Brazil's Prolific Santos Basin)
