Tullows time has run out

I am a long term holder, truly beleive in this stock but if Tullow doesn't announce future plans by the end of the quarter I'm out. They've dragged their feet to the point they either don't care or respect this Guyana project.

The problem with selling right now, if you do, they will announce the drill plans the following day...
