SEDI filings

From the various SEDI filings coming in today, it seems that the bulk of this last tranche of FT financing were insiders or insider family members. I'm not sure how much importance to give that since there is a tax benefit involved, but certainly not a bad thing. Hopefully it's a vote of confidence in the Vulcan program.
