 Hello,
I am not bashing this stock. Actually, have been observing this stock,with  interest for some time.I think it has great potential,fundamentals and all that but has one drawback which is  keeping this SP from exploding on the market.  Investors , (big and small) are afraid of what might happen down the road. There needs to be some sort of Legal Document signed by the FN,Encanto and Government, that once this agreement is signed that there can be no going back. Investors have to be 100% sure that a year or two from now that if the FN decide that they now don't like the deal or there is a change in their Band Chief (gov't)thus creating a change in sentiment about the Encanto/Musk JV, that  the deal will still hold ,100%. That, if there are any protests and/or  road blocks and efforts to stop production or progress ,etc ,after this deal, that they will be deemed illegal and dealt with as such.
Investors ,(FN and others), want to know, without a doubt ,that this will be a done deal before investing. Such an agreement will place this  JV in Blue Sky territory. (imho)
The question is...... can such a document be drafted?
