Timing?Modi will ensure this Agreement is signed any day now so his good friend Harper can get some mileage on this before the polls open in October and also close up the CEPA/Free Trade deal (or whatever it's called).
This is thing is 500+ pages long. There's more going on here than just potash buying and selling. Yes that's the cornerstone but there are more dynamics at play IMHO.
I very tired and frustrated and don't want to wait one more day but all we can do is hang on and believe.
