Minister of FertilizersOk... So I spent some time yesterday looking at this guy and his most recent activities on his Facebook page and other pages I could locate. Contrary to popular opinion here I would say that this agreement is a very big deal and very important to him and his government... Given his most recent activities which are all mundane PR events. So I conclude that this agreement is sitting front and center on his desk yet he is being instructed to not sign by someone and to wait for something?
I cannot locate his planned travel itinerary...perhaps someone with better talents than I can do so?
I confirmed with IR again that our 500+ page document is complete and there are no more negotiations...it is waiting for signature. IR also confirms that given the importance of this deal 'all the right people have to be there'. Soooo...if we can locate and analyze the travel itineraries we may be able to pinpoint the timing of our announcement.
