Zero Interest Rate Policy...ZIRP...the new normFour countries in Europe have ZIRP and two others so close it hardly makes a difference.  Japan just moved to ZIRP this week.

Banks have trillions on balance sheets doing nothing.

This is the best time in history to raise financing...the lenders will actually make a few points on this project.    The line up should be out the door around the block.

Imho...this is taking way too long as our project is pretty much de-risked on both sides.

Conclusion...the politicians have control now...lord help us!!!
