Patel had to agree to be 'called out' like this and he and the Canadian Government would allow this if this wasn't real!!!
I'll say it again...the Offtake is done...getting signed is merely a formality IMHO.
India clearly wants Encanto to be a 'going concern' and wants to tie these guys in to building a mine...building perhaps a lot more before they sign.
ThE scope of this MOU and what it implies is simply immense.
