My take on the NR
My take on the NRThere are a number ways to analyze this latest announcement and plenty of details where one can make an inference of what's next. Like most people here...old and new...we want to see the OT signed and financing secured so let me assess this latest piece of news in that context. Essentially...is there anything in this piece that makes us feel comfortable that the OT is imminent?
The first draft of the MOU was announced in October (six months ago). Now it's released and announced in its FINAL form. AND...several juices add-ons were added to the MOU. Sooooo...why continue to work on an MOU that was announced 6 months ago? Clearly the scope of this project/deal was not yet defined last October....or it was and the parties needed time to construct the rules of engagement. Either way...there's clearly been plenty of dialogue between us and them and at a very very high level (Patel quoted in NR).
My main takeaway from all this is that...not only was this latest NR proof that Encanto is not only engaged in dialogue but deep deep into it with MMTC (India). But why continue to dance with this little pink sheet shell of a company on the vulture exchange AND give that little company a life line to be something HUGE...AND allow them to make an announcement to tell the world that it is the CHOSEN ONE?
The government of India would not allow this to progress and allow us to announce unless WE ARE THE CHOSEN ONE!!!
The Offtake is imminent...the construction of a mine is imminent.
