The Mineral Title...my opinionStockroll...I posted a similar question months ago...and answered it myself.
Keep and Walchuck had no intentions on seeing this thing thru and building a mine. They wanted to secure an OT with RCF and then sell EPO to the highest bidder. Like som many before them.
The collapse of the Russian cartel and subsequent collapse of potash pricing...shattered Keep and Walchucks dreams. They and we were dead in the water. Kudos to Keep and Walchuck for not giving up and (mind you we did pay them very very well for 3 years) securing an agreement with MMTC.
Enter Stavros Daskos...he punted the coupon-clipping private placement peeps and went to work...for us and himself!!!!
We never heard of the Mineral Title back in those days because Keep and Walchuck never expected to take it as far as it is now.
It will all work out in the end and we will all owe Daskos a drink or two!!!! I'll even buy Keep and Walchuck a drink too!!!
