Fair Value Calculation...too many ?sAre we still building a 3MT mine or are we now going bigger?
What portion of the Trading Co profits will we have claim too?  I guess 40%...
How much has our production cost declined FOB Vancouver?
What is the mix of Manufactured to Purchased sales of potash for Encanto?
What is the sales mix of potash to non-potash sales thru the Trading Co.?

All you can do is run a series of scenarios and generate a very wide (and meaningless) range of stock values.

imho...Encanto has to add some color to this story.  What re we gonna look like when we grow up?
