I don't think so....India is working with Encanto because they hate Canpotex.  They would never sign a contract that would put them under the thumb of Pot Corp.  Chief Bellerose, I think, doesn't like them either.  Initially, he said he was willing to work with encanto because none of the other companies (including POT) ever came around to talk to him.  There would be some very serious resistance to a buyout by anyone because the mine is on FN property.  Management is not trying to sell the project...besides, if someone bought encanto they'd have to pay for the offtake agreement as well.....they won't get that for $.13 a share!
