RE:Tour of the mine site.I'm don't think there's much going on at the reserve right now.  The annual meeting is not held on the reserve.....it used to be in Vancouver but they may hold it in Toronto in future....I don't know.  I don't think the Muskowekwan FN would be unfriendly to visitors as long as you respect them and their home.  I've watched videos of Chief Bellerose and his council and they seem like good people.  There might be some kind of 'open house' celebration when the mine is commissioned but that's some years in the future so I don't know.  Take care and be safe.
