RE:RE:RE:CCI seeks public scrutiny of Agrium-PotashCorp deal

RE:RE:RE:CCI seeks public scrutiny of Agrium-PotashCorp dealWithout engaging in conspiracy theories, we have had public announcements of agreements between encanto and 2 front organizations for the Indian government.  There has been ample time for all of the parties involved to denounce the press information if it is false and nobody has done so.  A rational mind can conclude that the agreements are real.  These people do not spend time and money just to play silly games.  Every indication is that the project is moving forward according to a plan.  I am content to wait.  You can do as you please.

I'm inclined to think India's objection to the POT/Agrium deal is just throwing sand in the machinery to harass POT/Agrium.  Keep their management and lawyers occupied with defending themselves.  Weaken them, if possible.  I don't see how it matters to us.  We have one legally binding contract and one that seems to be pretty solid.  I'm happy, happy, happy!

Faith and patience.  Have a great weekend!
