The old auditors were in Vancouver.  The new auditors are in Montreal, Quebec.  I haven't been keeping up but I seem to recall the main office of Encanto has been moved back east - Ont or Que?  Not sure.  I was also told recently that Daskos lives in Montreal.  If this information is correct, then it appears this is simply a move to consolidate resources around Encanto's new office.  If this is so, then expect the lawyers, etc to also change from BC companies to Ont or Que. companies.

As I said, I haven't been paying much attention so, if anybody can verify or correct my post, please do that.  I read the letters of transfer and, for me, it looks like there was no dispute involved.  Just some housekeeping moves.
