this portion of their news release is interesting.....

Encanto expects to begin developing a marketing division in conjunction with this transaction and taking the necessary steps required to complete the Muskowekwan project. Creating an organizational structure focused on pursuing revenue generation prior to the build out of the Muskowekwan project will be a critical element for securing long-term financing. 

Sounds like they plan on creating revenue . Maybe they will start buying and selling thru the division that was going to sell potash to India, sell commodities to other countries , etc. And then they say........

Encanto is executing on the step plan adopted Aug. 19, 2020, at the annual shareholders meeting. Management of Encanto will host a shareholder call on Monday, Oct. 19, 2020, at 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time to provide a 60-day update of the company's progress.

This sounds like they are going to start very soon on executing some plan to generate money  ??

Have had this stock for years and was going to sell my shares for a big tax loss, however, now I feel a slight bit of optimism !!!!
