why is there not a company update ?

why is there not a company update ?Can't understand why there is no update issued by the company to explain why they are not yet trading again on the TSX. Shouldn't a public traded company be obligated todo that. It has been 4 months......and nothing. They appear to have providedthe financials in mid August that they exchange was asking for. The stock can still trade in the USA so what is the issue in Canada??

Encanto.....give us an update please !!
