Converting debt into equity means a lot more shares hence the consolidation . Right offering is the equivalent of a very cheap private placement . Been out of this dog for a while now and sure won't be buying back anytime soon with this kinda news . On another note I hope you , came and goober are doing well .

when there are only 49M shares does it make any sense to do a consolidation down to 4.9M shares ??? Does it make sense to issues shares for debt ???? Can someone help me understand better ? THx

My guess is with all this news, they won't have a consolidation.

In there August 28 news relase below where they outlined their proposed plans I just wonder about the last  sentence in the last paragraph that says, "Two intial steps on this path include: (1) Confirming to the markets the suspension of any capital consolidation for a minimum of 90 days from today; and, (2) subject to regulatory approval, initiating a rights offering on terms to be

I understand, thanks for the info. I'm hoping 1 doesn't happen and 2 sounds like they might be doing an offering to buy shares. hopefully in October we'll know better what's happening.
