ENCANTO POTASH CORP. ANNOUNCES BOARD AND MANAGEMENT CHANGES

Encanto Potash Corp.'s board of directors has accepted the resignation of Stavros Daskos as a director and chief executive officer and Joseph Varner as a director of the company. Mr. Daskos and Mr. Varner have resigned to pursue other business interests. The company wishes them well in their future endeavours and thanks them for their service.

In the interim, Hamad M. Al-Wazzan has been appointed as interim president and chief executive officer. The board is grateful for Mr. Al-Wazzan agreeing to assume this additional role with the company.
