interesting comment on COO of ESG Global Capital and Encanto

Encanto sold an approx.22% interest a while back to ESG Global Impact Capital. The COO of that company is David Berg who definately has experience in potash industry in Saskatchewan. Some of his experience is...

His experience in the fertilizer industry includes the role of Chairman and Director of Potash One (TSX:KCL). Over a 5-year period he actively contributed to its successful development from an early stage exploration company to the completion of its feasibility study with a stated NPV of over 4 Billion dollars.

He was closely involved in the friendly acquisition of Potash One by K+S Group of Germany for $4.50 per share in a $434 million cash transaction. After this, K+S Group committed $3.25 billion for the development of the Legacy potash project acquired in the takeover.

Hopefully, he can do something like this for Encanto. Will 2023 finally be a breakout year ? I certainly hope so.
