Pretty sure there was no hold on the recent financing. Check the prospectus to be sure. This stock is holding up amazing considering the flippers are out and many peers (AT.TO, TTD....) are down 30% - 40% in a month. Need some news and should see higher. Fingers crossed.

It IS the REGUALATORY Agencies and EXCHANGES which REQUIRE the HOLD PERIOD NOT the Company Prospectus

I don't want to get caught up in the minutiae, because I like this company and think the price can go A LOT higher. But, to be clear - The Prospectus was CLEARED before the financing. The company filed a prospectus as part of the financing making all of the issued stock FREE trading.
