RE:RE:Level 2???Revenue seems like it is years away... and they keep on doing cap raises diluting existing shareholders.

Only thing I see blowing this stock up would be production deal for a big chinse battery manufacture like CATL. Untill then, a really hard to forcast event, this stock is anyones guess. 

The factory in Bedford is already behind schedule and not producing what the company forcasted.
