J20-31: the very high grades (!) of 31.23 gr & 78.83 gr are in only ~ 40 m depths, if I understand it right.
Any thoughts about this little depths or did I get here something wrong?

You are correct. Open pit being loked at potentially. Won't hint at the numbers based on preliminary modelling but suffice to say there is real potential here. Watch for the next results in January for further clues...

i say open it may be possible if we keep getting numbers like this
