Joe Ovsenek has an excellent background involving bringing the exploration phase to the production phase. I am sure that both Mac and Joe have financing plans for these projects. It looks like they will be debt free after combination which is a good start.

Joe Ovsenek was the downfall of Pretium Mine in the Golden Triangle . He was the CEO of Pretium and promised high grades and countn't, that's why he was dumped from Pretium. He is layer and knows nothing on mining , running it or buiding it. The only thing that has changed is he cut is pony tail off. Eskay is screwed if he is going to be the new CEO.
