How low will she go?

How low will she go?Shall we wait for insider buying before we re-load? Management hasn't given us shareholders anything to chew on just yet... an extremely disappointing Spring to say the least. Looks like uranium is going to be on the back burner in spite of any negotiations with Fission so it will be their gold properties that will have to drive the stock price for now. Unfortunately, I'm getting Deja-vu from other companies that have been perpetually promising news... 5.5 cents !%*??*%$@!!! Geeze!!

Here is a response I had from ESO right at the beginning of May and we are now right at the end of May. Thought I'd share it with the board - probably what others have been hearing when they call up the company. Hope it is useful to some.

RESPONSE:

Mikwam: 1) We are still in negotiations with a couple of groups in regards to JV's on the property. One of the groups do have an offer on the table... but that is all the updates that I can give you in regards to that at this time.

2) No we haven’t forgotten about it for this year... with one of the groups interested in the Mikwam Property, they have indicated that they would like to commence work on the property as soon as an agreement is completed... BUT we will not be commencing any work until these potential opportunities have been finalized (one way or another).

Exploration: As (I hope) you know, we are currently conducting work on our Marietta (Teels Marsh) Property. (news April 26th, 2011: https://www.esouranium.com/index.php/news-mainmenu-3/news-2011/111-eso-starts-rock-sampling-at-marietta-property-nevada ) We hope to finish this work and have the samples sent to the lab as soon as possible so we can report on them quickly.

*We will be commencing a drill program on our Donna Gold Property in BC relatively quickly (this is weather permitting... need snow to be fully thawed). We are anticipating the mobilization of drill and crew in the beginning of June (again this is weather permitting) *We are in discussions with our JV partner Fission Energy to conduct some group exploration work on our Patterson Lake Property in the Athabasca Basin... As soon as a definitive exploration agreement is finalized we will be announcing that in a news release.

I/we can fully understand your concern in regards to recent decline in share price and there have been numerous issues that have contributed to that but as a company we are working diligently to move the company (and the share price) forward.

Solver is hopefull of some news so I hope he's right...
