RE: RE: RE: IT APPEARS They are planning to drill 33 holes for the winter. Depending on depth, unforseen snags, weather etc. I would think they might be done by end of March or there abouts. After all March is the start of spring and this is a winter drill program.
They would be sending samples out as soon as the cores are split, so it would be reasonable to allow at least 3 weeks or more if the results are very high, from date of reception in the lab......... for final results. If they use two or more drills on site, of course that would also hasten the procedures. I do not know if they will trickle results, hole by hole, or wait for complete analysis. There are certain procedures the companies will use in this early stage of drilling to optimize locating the ore body, so it is impossible to predict exact dates with any accuracy. The boulder field should give them an exceptionally good starting point, compared with other projects. Memoirs of Cluff Lake! But we are getting close!!!
Sometimes they will "split" the samples and use two different labs to accelerate analysis turn around time. For example they will no doubt sent the U assays to Sask. Research for U3O8, but may use one of several private labs for Au/Ag/Cu. Often they will cross check the same sample with two different labs, and the difference should not vary by more than 5%. Extra high grade samples require additional prep. work so expect delays if samples are ultra high!
But they should also have a good preliminary idea of what they found just by lowering radiation (geiger counter type) reading quipment into the drilled holes. We will see if they reveal those readings before U3O8 analysis.
All in all, I can certainly see why there is so much enthusiasm, and excitement from mgmt, and exceptional possibilities for share holders! For any also holding FIS shares they may think about asking for information from Fission, and pershaps share that with us. Remember FIS is in charge of the drill program since the new year.
