E3 Lithium Ltd. V.ETL

Alternate Symbol(s):  EEMMF

E3 Lithium Ltd. is a Canada-based development company. The Company is focused on commercial development of lithium extraction from brines contained in its mineral properties in Alberta. Its Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) on-exchange technology uses a sorbent designed to be selective towards lithium ions. Its technology reduces volumes of low-grade brine into a high-grade lithium concentrate, removing nearly all impurities. This produces a clean product for the development of high purity lithium compounds used in Li-ion batteries. The Company has measured and indicated lithium resources in Canada, with 16.0 million tons (Mt) measured and indicated Lithium Carbonate Equivalent (LCE), hosted in the Leduc Aquifer. In addition, it has 0.9 Mt of inferred mineral resources in its Rocky Area.

RE:RE:RE:RE:Today Investor Webinar: E3 Metal Corp. Hi GMon,

Thanks for the summary.

From the list, I like the No. 4. Yes, looking at other Brine opportunities, possibly outside of Alberta.

The reason is their brine grade is just too low, therefore the CAPEX is too high.  Without a big financial backer, this project will not be developed unless lithium is high enough to justify the cost.  I am more keen on their DLE technology.  If we can partner with South American Brine producers/developers, even it is an average project, with the DLE, it will become an excellent project.

1. Mostly a review of the PEA results.

2. The Livent withdrawal has not changed their 2021 plans. Still focused on the constuction of the Pilot Plant and upgrading the resource to M&I and reservoir parameters.

3. Will be looking at opportunities for a new strategic partner, but they are now in a stronger negotiating position for a better deal.

4. Yes, looking at other Brine opportunities, possibly outside of Alberta.

5. Have talked to off-take contacts, but substantial negotiations with potential partners cannot really start unitl the PFS is completed, scheduled in 2022.

6. Production of battery-grade Lithium Hydroxide in 2024 is still realistic.

7. 2021 is a KEY year year as it will lead to the PFS in 2022 where a production decision will be made.

8. Current financing is still open and will close strong. Management is still strongly behind behind the project.  Chris said he owns 1.1M shares
