RE:Where is the government money?
I think that the governments will pony up as long as a 3rd party will also put up most of the investment capital. My recollection is that the federal and provincial governments invested $ 285,000 million into E-Molis $ 1,000,000 battery plant in BC. In Becancoeur, the federal and provincial governments provided grants for the GM/POSCO battery plant, but owners would put up majority of capital. E3 doesnt have the funds to build their plant and are likely waiting to investing partner, such as POSCO or Imperial. The PFS will detail the cost of the plant so that E3 can market the concept.
