Although E3's stock price has gone 10 % since the beginning of the year, other lithium companies stock prices have gone down that much in one day. The fact that Ms Boschman has a new job title, or that the AGM date has not yet been announced (the 2023 financial year just finished), or that a departing director sold some of his E3 holdings do not appear to be significant factors that would have any bearing on the current stock price. E3 has written that the PFS will be issued in the first half of 2024 (I myself expect a high NPV).
E3's stock price is not in free fall, although it would be better if it rose in value like LBNK which has risen by 4% YTD.
Likely the main reason E3 stock has decreased in value is the decrease in the selling price of lithium.
However as E3 is not selling any lithium today or tomorrow, the current lithium price is of little consequence.
