DLE providers receive large number of shares and royalties in return for providing resource companies licence to use their DLE intellectual property.
E3 negotiations will result in dilution and increased operating costs in exchange for moving the project forward toward positive cash flows....
Why would any shareholder disclose information that might be harmful to their company's negotiation position ?
