E3 Lithium Ltd. V.ETL

Alternate Symbol(s):  EEMMF

E3 Lithium Ltd. is a Canada-based development company. The Company is focused on commercial development of lithium extraction from brines contained in its mineral properties in Alberta. Its Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) on-exchange technology uses a sorbent designed to be selective towards lithium ions. Its technology reduces volumes of low-grade brine into a high-grade lithium concentrate, removing nearly all impurities. This produces a clean product for the development of high purity lithium compounds used in Li-ion batteries. The Company has measured and indicated lithium resources in Canada, with 16.0 million tons (Mt) measured and indicated Lithium Carbonate Equivalent (LCE), hosted in the Leduc Aquifer. In addition, it has 0.9 Mt of inferred mineral resources in its Rocky Area.

Hi Woke,

You didn't like being bullied on this board.
Why are you picking on a particular E3 employee ?

Members of the Board of Directors might be fair game as they are elected by shareholders, Comments on employees should (generally) be off-limits.

If you believe that E3 has not disclosed some insider transactions, that is a matter you could raise with E3 itself. If you are still unsatisfied, you could raise the matter with the Alberta Securities Commission. It is not an issue that can be resolved on a StockHouse board.

From your previous posts, I understand that you are upset at the sharp decline in the value of E3's stock and feel that management should bear some responsibility. I am sure all shareholders feel the unrelenting pain at watching the share price decline.

Whether Ms Boschman has purchased shares on the open market seems irrelevant.
