Chris has said they have lots of money until well after the pilot plant starts producing samples so I don't think so but who knows.  He also made a point of mentioning no warrant overhang and seeing that as a positive for the stock.  Unless it's someone who is going to impress the market and the share price I say it doesn't seem likely.

I agree greatvac. but saying that...who know? q. Private placements are relatively unregulated compared to sales of securities on the open market.. Right now I can not after listening to what he has to say believe this is in the works.  IMHO could possily see this PP after Pilot Prj.thats when $$$ are going to come into play. as usual DD adv.   have good weekend

C'mon guys, give your head a shake. The next financing, if even necessary, will be at $10+ well after the Field Pilot Plant is operating and PFS is completed. The suggestion that it is going to happen now or within the next few months is simply uninformed and perhaps folks haven't done their DD. I don't believe we will see ANY financing even in 2024 since potential offtake clients will

Really?? E3 has a load of money to fund them till completion of the PFS at the end of the year. Their record shows they stay away from diluting their stock, so I don't expect ANY financing until 2024 at the earliest. If the Pilot and PFS are positive, the next financing will be done at a $1B valuation.
