Alternate Symbol(s):  EEMMF

E3 Lithium Ltd. is a Canada-based development company. The Company is focused on commercial development of lithium extraction from brines contained in its mineral properties in Alberta. $10 soon

It's looking good. $10 soon, if the testing goes well, and Insiders sit on their options. Enjoying the ride.

$10 based on what exactly ?? Can you elaborate plz ?
Comment by PuerSimia on Aug 04, 2023 5:45pm
Haven't you heard? A DLE skid arrived on Wednesday.   We've started the hype cycle now, and the only limit for the stock is Insider selling (tons of cheap options out there), or maybe, but highly unlikely, political nonsense from Alberta's Premier (e.g. she just hit the pause button on billions worth of renewables projects). Like the old saying goes, 'buy the rumour sell ...more

...and $10 would FINALLY bring their valuation up to the level of their peers, more like $15/share to bring them on par with Standard Lithium who has only a quarter of the M&I reserves that E3 owns. To do your own DD, pull up slide 21 "Peer Comparison" from their corporate deck. Link: https://www.e3lithium.ca/_resources/presentations/corporate-presentation.pdf?v=0.340

Yeah I agree, this should go up to $450 million market cap.
Comment by Yajne on Aug 04, 2023 9:42pm
I would say minimum 650-700 million MC just to get caught up to peers

Then, when the magic NR arrives following successful pilot plant results, it's completely blue sky....
Comment by britishracer on Aug 05, 2023 6:58pm
Chris has mentionned in the past that at the pilot stage peers were valued at $1B and he expected E3 to follow suit.
Comment by Beaubie on Aug 05, 2023 7:20pm
That put the share price at about $15 CAD without further dilution. $15 would be nice.

In fairness, SL's brine grade is about 5x higher than E3's. I'm long E3, like you, and the progress is obviously great, but it is a low-grade, high-volume project.
Comment by Yajne on Aug 05, 2023 1:23am
Their grade may be higher but there is no reservoir anywhere that has the volume deliverability of the Leduc formation, so it is a question of flow rate and recovery through the DLE process. There is absolutely no question that the wells will be able to deliver the raw brine to feed the system.
Comment by TimeTooSoar on Aug 05, 2023 9:47am
Grade right now doesn't mean much. Flow rate is what matters. Thicker might be slower flow rate thru plant. There are pros and cons that need to be worked out.
Comment by MadMaxPerf on Aug 05, 2023 11:09am
That and SLI's process had been noted by multiple experts as painfully slow.  So, recovery time to size of the DLE units is a huge down side also for SLI apparently.

Thanks for sharing. I do know a bit about the company but wanted more insights into its position within the lithium industry... I appreciate your inputs, it helps in DD. I'm long on this and hope their commissioning of the pilot is successful. I agree with your assessment here, and if all goes well, plant yield specifically, SP may raise to comparable other DLE companies; $15+.

DDGuy2030, according to Statista 2022 report of World Lithium reserves, Chile held the largest at 9.3 metric tons. The US in 2022 had a million metric tons. Compare that to E3 measured and indicated reserves of 16 million tons. E3 and Canada are about to hit the world stage, big time, when the success of their DLE process at scale is proven. Consider this...E3 could build 16 plants capable of 20 ...more

To use another analogy to describe E3's known lithium reserves on global scale..... versus global oil reserves...think Saudi Arabia. And Alberta has more of it, just not all in the Leduc formation which E3 controls much of and which has the highest volume deliverability. JMHO DYODD

Final post on this subject, when you consider E3's M&I reserves on a global scale and in comparison to their 'peers' like Standard Lithium who doesn't even completely own their reserves, when the field pilot confirms their DLE tech at scale, a strong argument could be made that E3's valuation should be multiples above their peers. I know, hard to comprehend but true IMO ...more

Looks like you been researching all day... don't worry u weren't alone I been researching all day as well... Looks to me like E3 lithium is best bang for buck.  Next place i'd invest is patriot pmet.v, arbor metals arb.v, champion lthm.cn and brunswick exploration brw.v.. all in the James bay region.  Do your own DD but that's what i'm seeing... any others let ...more

Thanks TTS, I guess another thing that sets E3 apart from those hard rock mining for lithium is E3's industry leading ESG profile, slide 13 in the corporate deck. This is important. Their overall footprint is miniscule compared to miners and especially solar projects.
Comment by TimeTooSoar on Aug 06, 2023 10:18pm
Another thing that sets them apart is etl is aiming for 2026 production. Patriot worth 1.4 billion is just doing drilling and it's saying 2028 production, many in Australia thinks it will be later.

E3 Owning the resource is huge! 16 MT M&I is huge, DLE pilot fist in Alberta... Huge.  I wondnt. Be surprised to see this shoot up alot higher on tuesday... 3 days of DD , and the word to spread a bit.
Comment by Intransigent on Aug 07, 2023 12:45am
Hate to be a killjoy, but E3 has *0* reserves. It has m&i *resources*. Reserves are higher assurance, which is why Chile (prolific producer) has them and we don't. In order to delineate any of the resource as a reserve you need at least a pre-feasibility study. It'll likely be delineated further with a feasibility study, if and when e3 gets there. current plan is "2024/2025" ...more

Beware Basher on board!!! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ He doesn't get IT!!! Imperial Oil is a shareholder!!! It's already been stated that the ETL reserve is the largest lithium deposit in the world!!! Lithium beening extracted is BATTERY GRADE QUALITY no further refining required!!! Put this basher on IGNORE!!! UNKLAL

I don't think the share price will be a slow and steady climb or fall.  I am very optimistic that the next 10 days will see a good run.  Do you own DD.
