Hostile TAKEOVER at half price Nav
-Some rough math on a HALF PRICE takeover bid.
-Nav from PEA IS 1.12 Billion U.S.X 1.37 exchange = $1,534,400,000 Canadian and divide by 2 .
Divide by 75,000,000 outstanding shares . $10.00 per share . I suspect NAV from PFS will be much higher.
- I wonder how many shareholders would take a $10.00 hostile takeover bid ?

I like your math, but 'hostile' would probably mean something like $4 or $5 bucks. I'd do a poison pill provision if I was E3. The only thing stopping a HT would be multiple competing bids. I think an HT makes a lot of sense. Get 'em while they're cheap.

I'd take $5 at this point. Maybe even 4.50.

On difficult days like today, I take comfort in re-reading LiAuAgScV 's post. The selling price of lithium used in the PEA is roughly the same as the current price, and operating costs should be roughy the same as in the PEA. The only difference is an increase in the CAPEX from $ 600,000 to $ 900,000. I purchased a small number of shares today. Stay strong...
