It's what Chris has said: *DLE might be 3rd party *LHM process not expected to be ready @ start.  Going with current process & later switch to new LHM process. The PEA said the same on LHM

Don't know what was said on webinar --- not listened yet.

My19, curious to hear your thoughts on the reason Chris gave for choosing a 3rd party's DLE method. His explanation works for me. Makes sense.

Uhhh...gurantees are actually the norm across the DLE offerings. Chris mentioned it for E3 before in a video. Just a quick passing comment during a Q&A i think it was.  Keep the float low. Decent IRR & clarity on who/when, on DLE & LHM....& this rides out the current down trend during 2024

Uhhh, thanks. I didn't know that. Your rude reply earns you a mute. Bye bye.

If lcar manufacturers switch to using solid state lithium batteries, would LHM technology still be in demand ?
Comment by My19sixyNineZ on Feb 22, 2024 5:49pm
That's the lithium metal anode & uses alot more Li than todays cells ---- think Pure Lithium process
Comment by Loughatorick on Feb 22, 2024 7:44pm
Thank you Z for your response to my solid-state lithium query.  ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I understand that lithium would be used in the solid-state battery manufacturing process. I also understand that solid-state batteries will be made using LiFePO4. Would E3 still be producing LHM for use in making these batteries, or would ...more

Umm, all signs point to Peter Ehern's LHM process. Most likely why he also did the PEA work. Other than that, i would think @ this point, him & other companies have a jump in the patent department. Other than the SEDAR & Li Spinel patent, i don't see E3 having spent any funds on in-house LHM. Peter has decades of knowledge & contacts. Pretty hard for E3 to top that. Not many ...more

Since ETL originally partnered with Pure Lithium, I have always thought that is where E3 product would eventually be placed, into solid state batteries...which I understand are much more stable and DON'T have the occasional explosion/fire issue of traditional lithium batteries. IMO it will be awhile before this fully plays out

Agreed....get cash flow going first. I am still fearing dilution in the near future. But as long as it comes with progress and future cash flow, dilution is expected. E3 can't be afraid to take on a bit of debt though.  We will see but they were pretty hush on the future capital structure of the build.

Aggressively ursuing non dilutive funding.  Grants, partners , etc.  from the start they've said expecting 60-70% bank financing. So am expecting that.  Off takers and potential partners are aware of PFS details we are not privy to under confidentiality agreements as per the call. We will be the last to know but positive developments on the horizon.  Third party DLE allows ...more
