Hate to say it out Loud, so I'll just whisper. To me E3 still has a small float at 75M it's small in comparsion. And def not going to stay there, Over time a few PP's bringing it up 150 175M will not be any surprise to me, if we don't sell or sign on  a partner not even talking Capital to get the plant going.E3 is going to need cash to keep operating. A lot has to happen to E3 ...more

one thing for sure, managment was very wise to have that offering previoulsy. A lot of negativity about mangament but when they did that they saw the short term furure espically wwith interest ratesgoing up.   For me managament is doing fine. Time will work the kinks of of E3.
