No Forte shares for shareholders

For these reasons, the corporation will instead receive and retain the consideration shares and will not be distributing them to its shareholders. The corporation may sell some of its consideration shares from time to time to finance its operations, in which case Forte will be given an opportunity to assist in placing the stock so that any sale is conducted in an orderly manner.

if EUU is holding on to Forte shares then you obviously retain an interest in the old uranium property till it gets sold off.........and in fact i would rather have EUU deal with those Forte shares...at the same time you are writing EUU a blank cheque to do the right thing...so, that should be a negative...

that's what I don't like, DUSTY controlling our destiny. This guy quit on us. He is making a decision for our shares of Forte.
