Read the news. Reverse split, share issuance, new name (Reyes)... it's a shell game and your money is the ball. The whole purpose of thiis company is to keep management employed and well paid.

Well your username suggests you know very little about investing! There is nothing wrong with share issuance when it adds value to the company, as these new licenses certainly will with the high grades already discovered. The conversion price quoted for the warrants tells you which way this is likely to be going when trading recommences.

From the latest press release: With the pending acquisition of gold exploration properties from Miranda, the Company will be diversifying both geographically, Slovakia and Nevada and by commodity uranium and gold. Overall, I think that this is a good move by the company to add fresh momentum.  Meanwhile we wait to see what will happen in Slovakia.  FTE shareholders seem to be optimistic

too many head aches with uranium in Slovakia and now they try their luck in Gold, why not? good for management.......shareholders, not so much, but thats nothing new here....

If you're buying this sCRAP, then YOU know nothing about investing. First, this company is not "investing"... it's freaking gambling. You would do better with the lotto.
